YOUNG UKRAINIAN SPORTSMAN NEEDS FUNDS TO GO TO THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP

Not once has Ilya Rediuk rose a Ukrainian flag, taking first places on different competitions on control line models sports. Through young boy's career his main financial support were neither government, nor the Ukrainian federation of aviamodel sports but his parents. And now, in order to go to Hungary for the European championship for control line models and to rise the yellow - blue flag of his country once again Ilya needs funds.

 

ABOUT ILYA

Ilya invested his whole life to airplane models. By the virtue of his dedication to the beloved sports and his parent's help young boy Ilya, for the first time in the world, reached the title of a world champion in the adult category being only 16 years old, having defeated an experienced sportsman from RF.This year Ilya already won two stages of the world cup, and that's only the beginning!

    2nd place in  the team competition in F2D class

  • 2014 - European championship for control line models - 
    3rd place in  the team competition in F2D class

    - World champion in individual competition in F2D class
    - World champion among juniors in individual competition in F2D class
    -  3rd place in team competition in F2D class

WHAT ARE THE FUNDS FOR

Indicative computation on organizational expenses, that are directly connected to the participation on the European Championship:

  • Accommodation (11 days) - 16,000 uah.

  • Food (11 days) - 18,480 uah.

TOTAL: 34,480 uah.

 

Indicative computation on expenses that are needed for quality training and participation in this championship and all that follow:

  • Plane models (20) - 42,000 uah.

  • Engines for the planes (8) - 52,000 uah.

  • Spare materials (details, fuel e.g.) - 8,000 uah.

  • Equipment for the sportsmen and the mechanic 12,000 uah.

TOTAL : 114,000 uah.

 

WHY SO MANY PLANES AND ENGINES?

While in a fight planes and engines can break and malfunction. This amount of engines provides an opportunity for trial flights and full-fledged participation in the championship straight until the victory!
